The term Works on Paper encompasses all works of art with paper as the main support. My collection includes gouache, watercolours, and ink drawings on paper. These artworks cover topics such as: Food and identity, Levantine and Mediterranean cuisine and culture, and communal food rituals from the Arab, North African and Middle Eastern contexts.
